There are a number of application forms here that you can use to apply for a grant from The Leigh Educational Foundation:

PDF/Word forms for emailing or posting

These forms are designed to be completed onscreen and attached to an email or printed and posted. These versions include a request for bank details – if you do not wish to send bank details at the primary application stage, you can use the Google Form application.

We recommend you download and open the fillable PDF form in Adobe Reader.  If not using Adobe Reader, you will not be able to use the SUBMIT button, in which case, please either:
save & email to admin@leigheducationalfoundation.org.uk
or print & post
If you are using and APPLE device, you may not be able to use the fillable form, to do this you need to download PDF Element or a similar PDF editing app.
